Product engineering for the AI era

We're a product engineering studio. We understand your problem first, then build the products and automations that solve it, using AI where it creates real value.

Manifesto

Every company has work that should move faster: a product that needs to ship, a process that eats hours every week, a team stretched too thin.

AI changed what a small, focused team can build. Most companies haven't captured that yet. The tools aren't the problem. Knowing where they create real value is.

That's our work. We start with your business, then combine product engineering and AI to build what moves it: products, automations and systems people actually use.

Build the right thing. Faster.

Principles

What guides every decision, from the first conversation to the last deploy.

  • Problem before solution

A good solution starts with a good question. We understand the business, the users and the constraints before proposing what to build.

  • We own it

Every project has a named owner. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.

  • Simple first

We start with the smallest version that delivers value. Complexity gets added when it's needed, not before.

  • Decide and move on

There isn't always a perfect answer. Often what matters most is making a decision, learning from it and moving forward.

  • Visible progress

We measure progress with real work: something you can use, test or review. Not with reports.

  • Clarity over jargon

We speak your business's language. A project is called a project, and a problem fits in one sentence.

  • Proven technology

We pick well-known, reliable tools. New things have to earn their place.

  • No bureaucracy

Only the meetings that are needed. We prefer a short document and a demo over a slide deck.

How we work

Five steps, no ceremony. Each one ends with something concrete in your hands.

  1. 01

    Understand

A first conversation to learn about the company, the problem and what success means. Free and with no commitment.

  2. 02

    Propose

A short document with the why, the what and the how: scope, timeline and budget. If we aren't the best option, we tell you.

  3. 03

    Build in cycles

We work in two-week cycles. Each one ends with something working that you can see and use.

  4. 04

    Measure and adjust

We launch early, watch how it gets used and adjust with data and with what users tell us.

  5. 05

    Stay with it

We remain available to evolve the product or to hand it over to your team, fully documented.

What to expect

  • Direct contact with the people who build, no middlemen.
  • Real participation in your team: planning, meetings and decisions.
  • Written communication that is clear and on time.
  • The code is yours from day one, in your repository.

Product engineering

A product engineer doesn't just write code. They understand how the business works, talk to users, design experiences and take responsibility for what they build being used. Deep technical skill in some areas, sound judgment in all the others.

Engineering

Broad judgment, technical depth where the problem needs it.

Problems we take on

  • Web and mobile applications.
  • Backends, APIs and integrations with other systems.
  • Infrastructure, deployment and monitoring.
  • Analytics to understand how your product is used.
  • Automation of internal processes.
  • AI inside your product and operations: assistants, agents and workflows that do real work.
  • Improving an existing product: performance, experience and adoption.

Team

One team, from the first conversation to production.

The people in your meetings are the people who design, build and ship. No account managers and no hand-offs between sales and engineering.

Tell us about your problem.

A half-hour conversation is enough to know whether we can help.
